What is your refund policy?

Eden's Bloom general policy is that we do not accept returns or issue refunds of your purchase price. Instead, we suggest donating any unwanted food to your local food bank or family in need.

However, if a product is delivered to you (a) materially damaged, or (b) is the wrong item, Eden's Bloom may issue a replacement product, credit, or refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping.

You must notify our Customer Service team within seven days of receiving the damaged or incorrect product. We may request you provide photographic proof of the damaged product or incorrect order, if we do not receive this we will not be able to assist further.

If Eden's Bloom determines that a refund is in order, refunds are processed within approximately 7 -10 business days and your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.

What should I do if my little one doesn't like a certain flavour?

Don't panic! Lots of studies show that some babies may need to be exposed to a new food 8 to 10 times over several days before they accept it. So be persistent. Another tip is to mix some of Eden's bloom into another dish they are more familiar with to introduce them to the flavours gradually.
