We have three age categories in our range of meals. And while there is no age limit to each stage, we do recommend that you start your baby when they meet the age requirements as some of the superfood ingredients in our products are nationally recommended from 6+ months.

Stage 1 (6+ months) is essentially an introduction to weaning with vibrant fruit and vegetable blends. These meals are smooth for our early eaters to digest easily. 

Stage 2 (9+ months) is where we introduce a more complex range of flavours and textures as your little one starts to explore.

Stage 3 (12+ months) comprises homemade, convenient meals. Many of these contain ancient grains, increasing the textures. And we've also hightended the taste profiles of these products by using more herbs & spices.

The preservation process of these products is achieved through heating, often referred to as thermal processing, it involves applying heat to food items to kill harmful microorganisms, enzymes, and other pathogens, thereby extending the shelf life of the food.

Freeze drying is considered as a superior preservation method to thermal processing for several reasons. Firstly, freeze drying preserves the nutritional content and flavour of food better than thermal processing, which can degrade certain nutrients and alter taste.

Yes, Eden’s Bloom is a plant-based brand, and our products are made without any of the top 8 allergenic foods as identified by the Food Standards Agency (gluten, crustaceans, dairy, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy).

Each sachet contains 20g of powder and to this we recommend you add 80ml of water or plant-based milk. This results in a 100g serving of food. 

Eden’s Bloom baby food should be stored in a dry, cool place at room temperature.
